All of my work is made to order so please allow some working days for your order to be handmade, packaged and shipped.

Small leather goods 1-2 weeks | Medium bags 2-3 weeks | Large bags 4 weeks

Royal Mail Tracked / from £3.50 (takes 1-2 working days)

Delivery - Europe

Royal Mail Tracked / from £9 (takes 5-10 working days approx)

Delivery - Worldwide

Royal Mail Tracked / from £10 ( takes 7-14 working days approx)

* Please be aware that the above times are estimates and I have no control over the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you.

* Customs delays are common and please be aware Worldwide orders may incur a customs/import fee.

Important note for customers located in an EU country:

On 1st July 2021, the EU’s VAT E-commerce package introduced changes in respect of imports of low value goods (under €150) and new rules for e-commerce sales imported into EU countries. Please note that any orders placed on this site that will be shipping to an EU country will be suject to import taxes by border customs, and may result in additional admin charged by border customs.
Any returned orders due to customer refusal of import charges will not be refunded.

Returns

If for some reason you are not happy with your order then please contact within 7 days arrange a return and send items back within 14 days.

Items must be unused and in there original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a refund of the item price will be given on inspection of the item.

Custom orders, personalised items and sale items are not eligible for returns.
